The impact of this video was distressing and caused Sophia problems. She chose vehemently to dissociate herself from the after-effects and her mother has asked that she not be bothered, which is understandable, and to be respected.Ο αντίκτυπος αυτού του βίντεο ήταν οδυνηρός και προκάλεσε προβλήματα στη Σοφία. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί αυτή η συμβολή του Peter Vereecke, που κάποτε ήταν ένας δυναμικός ακτιβιστής, αλλά σήμερα έχει αποκλειστεί από τη δημόσια ζωή. Έχει σημασία το γεγονός ότι πίστευε ότι η Αίγινα θα μπορούσε να λειτουργήσει ως διεθνές σύμβολο της δημοκρατίας, ενώ στην πραγματικότητα ο αγώνας της Αίγινας εναντίον της Αθήνας ήταν ένας αγώνας μεταξύ ολιγαρχών και δημοκρατών και η Αίγινα βρισκόταν στο πλευρό των ολιγαρχών;
