Declaration and Notice of Liability Re: European Spring Appeal: Hope & Accountability
Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic
Kyriakos Mitsotakis
Megaro Maximou
Irodou Attikou 19
106 74 Athens
primeminister@primeminister.grDear Sir,
This legal and lawful notice of liability is designed to be used as evidence in court if needed and intends to enlighten you and protect you from attracting civil and criminal liability in relation to your action and all omissions in relation to the alleged SARS-CoV2 (alleged) pandemic and the measures that have/are being taken world wide to allegedly control its spread and effect:
Take Notice:
1. There is no evidence to support a ‘SARS-CoV2’ medical emergency. Prevention and treatments for influenza-like symptoms and illness should have been made available to all patients. To keep these treatments from sick people is causing unnecessary harm. When effective preventions and treatments are made available, there is no necessity for lockdown measures worldwide, such as wearing of masks, quarantining, mRNA gene therapy/vaccines etc.
2. Is there evidence that SARS-CoV2 has been isolated and validated by independent groups worldwide?
3. Most, if not all, of the mRNA gene therapies/vaccines are in clinical trials. They are experimental. There is evidence that there has been significant adverse events and death around the world and we fear the long term adverse repercussions may cause significant harms, injuries and loss.
4. Any coercion of people to take SARS-CoV2 mRNA gene therapies/vaccines, whether directly through government legislation, or indirectly through government, police, and army directions, such as COVID19 Passports or by forced injection or coerced injection, without full consent, free consent and informed consent, is unlawful, immoral and unethical. Any sanctions for not taking the injection/vaccination, along with any measures of coercion and implementation of forced or coerced injection/vaccinations, must cease immediately.
5. Infringement of our inalienable rights and freedoms by so-called ‘pandemic’ laws are unnecessary, unfounded, unconstitutional, undemocratic, unlawful, illegal, criminal, and may incur liabilities on the enforcer and promoters for harm, loss and/or injury caused and must cease immediately. Civil actions may proceed immediately for damages caused by forced and/ or coerced injections/vaccinations. Infringement of our inalienable rights and freedom, such as the wearing of masks, social distancing, travel and work restrictions, injections/vaccinations, microchipping, quarantining, remaining indoors, are unlawful.
6. Direct and indirect Censorship regarding SARS-CoV2 and related issues, whether under the guise of “fact-checking”, untrue or misleading media reporting, omissions, fabrications, outright lies and propaganda from governments, media, medical professionals, medical/drug companies and any other conspirators are to cease immediately or accept full liability and culpability for negligence, harm and injury caused to men and women.
7. If the acts are found to be unlawful and criminal, the crimes committed by individuals, corporations, governments, organisations, and men and women acting in whatever role or capacity regarding the above statements, are crimes against mankind. Failure to comply to this Declaration and Notice of Liability to immediately cease with all unlawful acts, criminal acts, crimes and offences against men and women by 15th of May 2021 may result in criminal prosecution of all perpetrators, and/or civil action, relying upon each country’s constitutions and criminal legislation as well as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, including but not limited to, continuing the application of the SARS-CoV2 vaccination program. Those offenders committing unlawful acts and crimes against the people will be brought to justice expeditiously.
8. We demand you provide evidence of the following;
(a) SARS-CoV2 has been successfully isolated.
(b) SARS-CoV2 injections/vaccines has been thoroughly tested, to ensure safety to all recipients.
(c) SARS-CoV2 injections/vaccines protect from SARS-CoV2 infection.
(d) SARS-CoV2 injections/vaccinations are not causing more harm than good, and are not causing significant adverse events, are not causing severe adverse events and are not causing death to recipients of the injections/vaccines.
(e) SARS-CoV2 injections/vaccination has not caused or led to thousands of deaths of recipients of the injections/vaccine.
Should you fail, refuse or neglect to so within 14 days of the date of this notice of liability (demand notice), it will be taken as your first fault.
9. In the absence and/or refusal of your reply and answers to the above paragraph 8 within the time stipulated, that your silence is validly taken as your assent, agreement and acknowledgement;
(a) Your contribution and participation, whether directly or indirectly, consciously or unconsciously, to the SARS-CoV2 program makes you complicit to having caused and causing harm, significant and serious adverse injuries/events and even deaths, loss and
(b) You are legally and lawfully liable and culpable for your own actions, as well as your actions in conjunction with others, regarding the SARS-CoV2 injection/vaccination and lockdown programs, and
(c)We believe you are at risk of being liable if you do not take appropriate action to attempt, to abate or prevent harm, injuries and/or loss to men, women, children, new and expectant mothers and their babies or the people.
(d) All indemnities, warranties, legislation and protections afforded you in relation to damages and injuries caused the common people, recipient victims of the SARS-CoV2 vaccines, are waived and voided, and you acknowledge your personal liability, culpability, vulnerability and accountability for every injured party of a SARS-CoV2 Vaccination.
Naturally, should you express to us in writing in a timely manner, and certainly prior to 15 May 2021, that all SARS-CoV2 injections/vaccines are withdrawn and all SARS-CoV2 injection/vaccination programs are immediately terminated, that no future Sars-CoV2 or other such sinister vaccination programs will be entertained or created by any government of Greece, we will immediately withdraw from, terminate and not pursue, any litigation against you. The withdrawal of litigations also applies, if you, in the time frame given, choose to officially stand behind this appeal.
We anticipate this Notice clarifies our disposition to your various injection/vaccination programs and agendas.
Take Notice you have been fairly and equitably fore-noticed and fore-warned.
This responsibility does not weigh only on you personally but also on those parliamentarians who, having been apprised of the above, ratify by their vote in future, directly or indirectly (for example by vaccination certificate, etc.) mandatory vaccination or any medical action as a prerequisite for exercising fundamental rights of citizens.
Qui non obstat quod obstare potest facere videtur.

Rhigas Velestinlis
https://deniseharveypublisher.gr/books/rhigas-velestinlis
Rhigas of Velestino (1757-1798), or Rhigas Pheraios as he is more popularly known, is one of the great national heroes of modern Greece, for it was he who some thirty years before the outbreak of the Greek War of Independence in 1821 first conceived the possibility of a full-scale national revolution to free Greece from the domination of its Ottoman overlords. His aim was not simply an armed rebellion but a regeneration of the Greek people, through education, literature, propaganda, and social and political awareness. He wrote patriotic stories, poems, scientific lectures; he published detailed maps, translations from French and Italian, and drafted a constitution based on the ideology of the French Revolution. He was the first Greek to insist that the popular language, or demotic Greek, should become the official language of independent Greece.
Born in Greece under Turkish rule Rhigas nevertheless received a good education, of the sort tolerated rather than encouraged by the Turkish authorities, and subsequently emigrated successively to Constantinople, Bucharest and Vienna. He recruited his supporters and laid his plans among the expatriate Greek communities, and he also had many contacts, through his successful activities as a businessman, in the Greek mainland and islands. But he himself was not to witness the realization of his vision. On his way to Greece, where he intended to stir up rebellion first in the Mani in the southern Peloponnese and then in Epiros and Macedonia, he was betrayed, arrested by the Austrian police, extradited to the Turkish authorities, and executed, with seven colleagues, at Belgrade.
This book is the only comprehensive study of Rhigas’s life and ideas in English.
The book cover illustration is a wall-painting of Rhigas Pheraios by the Greek painter Theophilos, ‘kindling’ through song ‘the fight for the freedom of Greece’, from the Kondos house in Pelion.
‘C. M. Woodhouse, a distinguished British philhellene, . . . has a good story to tell, and he tells it well.’

What Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi says about Greece and Greeks
I think that this will hopefully tell the Greeks to stand up, and remember that 2,500 years ago it was you, the small nation, that showed the world the way to civilization. Now the world needs you again. And if you follow this call you will go down in world history a second time as the saviour because there are many smaller nations that are now prepared to stand up and stop this madness. They need a leader and no country and no nation is more suited to lead these countries than Greece. So what you have to do is the elite of Greece, your leaders, must come together with the citizens of Greece and join forces. Don’t fight against each other. Remember that you are now called to unite yourselves, the elite and the people. And if you lead the world back to freedom you will see that all your problems, and I know you have a lot of problems in Greece, will be solved because the world is going to stand up and applaud you and reward you for what you have done.
Comment from W.H.: Dr. Bhakdi’s words are inspiring and hopefully not just wishful thinking. But it is important to know something about Greece: the ideas that have more influence over the thinking of Greeks themselves are not necessarily derived from classical Athens and ancient Greece – these are aspects that have been encouraged by “the West” to take many Greeks’ minds off dreams of Constantinopole and Byzantine revival. The strongest forces in Greece coming out against lockdowns, inappropriate quarantines and compulsory universal “vaccinations” with genetic engineering technology may well draw their inspiration from notions of the role of Christian Orthodoxy that resonate very little in Western Europe.

Announcement by the Ethnikoi Hellenes of Aegina (YSEE) on the attitude and approach of the island’s committee to the bicentenary of the Revolution
https://www.facebook.com/sorisaris/posts/10219015225357124
In one of his lectures, mentioning the cheerful mood that appeared to be prevailing during the laying of wreaths at the statues of heroes on national anniversaries, the astrophysicist Manos Danezis said: “We are happy standing here because we are not in their position. Who would really like himself/herself or his/her children to be in the position of Kolokotronis, or Bouboulina, or Capodistrias? Who would want to be a statue?
Precisely that, the dessicated, empty and desolate mood, the absence of lightness, is what is being reproduced by the Aegina committee for the bicentenary of the Revolution. With the perspective of the world of sales and psychiatry, Capodistrias has become something sleek, like a project for a museum showcase.
The dominant economic and intellectual “elite” of this island, of every political hue and rank, has seized the unexpected lifeline of the Governor’s timeless renown. They borrow a little radiance from the reflected starlight to project it onto the stage of their other-directedness. They feel they are offering something to the collectivity, doing their part towards the common goal, which is nothing other than the promotion of the island.
In Aegina, where the tourism monoculture is already showing its teeth, everything is converted into fertilizer to reinforce it. Everything is an event, serving the purpose of the overall narrative.
What thoughtlessness, in the crucial days, so crucial, that we are living through, to remain stationary in the instant photographs of a time that conditioned our course, up to the present day! It is sad that instead of calling upon history to guide us, instead of exploring the raw material that went to produce Capodistrias, we remain at this: he was a good man, a good Christian, who loved education and had visionary ideas. And above all, he did this in Aegina, the first capital of the “Greek” state. Don’t you believe us? This is the landing place where he first set foot, here is his “throne” in the church, here is the orphanage and here, in this ruin, was the school with the mutual-teaching method. This is where it all happened and this is where they wrecked it all, apart from the church building.
What use is the information that this was the orphanage if we don’t explore the course that turned into a prison, and the island into a place of executions? How did we get from the light to darkness? How can we highlight the “good Christian” and conceal the unbelievable pressure that the Church place on the Governor, for a return of the rayah into the arms of the Sultan? (Letters of the patriarch Agathangelos. An inspiration which came back onstage live, with the federalizing of Greece and Turkey by the Papadopoulos of the Greece of Hellenic Christians.) How can we speak of the Governor’s love of learning when we also content ourselves with the educational misery of the present day? Why do we snicker behind our beards over the potato story while at the same time hiding what situation and which people led the Governor to an action of this kind? Why was the work of such an important person instantly demolished after his assassination?
Who could be proud of this humiliation?
Who today would risk the expense of spirit that would be required to become the Odysseus of Metis, to find the way to bring Capodistrias’ visions into the living present? Who would want to take on his enemies? Who would denounce them, even just for the sake of the historical truth? Who wants to consecrate his existence to the idea of civilization? How, really, does the educational community of this island in practice honour Capodistrias’ contribution to learning? How, really, do the municipal authorities of this place perceive the functioning of the institution they serve, through the teachings and the vision of the Governor? There are a lot of “how reallys” and we know that the answers can be given only by sworn Carbonari, as Capodistrias was.
Who will make Capodistrias a possession of the community? Who, fellow citizens, wants to be a statue?
The Temple of Aphaia, we learn, is once more bestowing its light on a celebrated Hellenic musical composer, whose name is being kept a seven-sealed mystery, to keep it a surprise.
P.S. If really it is firsts that interest you and so much attract your attention (first capital), we can inform you that this place that so generously accommodates us holds a first from antiquity, from the time when the venerable Aiakos reigned in Aegina, when he climbed to the peak of the Ellanion mountain to offer a libation to PANELLENION ZEUS, in the age when the co-ordinates were set for what we call the Hellenic Nation.
