On May 5, 2026, a commemoration was held in more than a dozen European countries to mark the 68th birthday and the fate of Dr. Reiner F\u00fcllmich (Dr. Reiner F\u00fcllmich), the conscientious lawyer who has been wrongfully imprisoned in German prisons since October 2023. Songs have been written and films made about him in many countries. For more than two decades, F\u00fcllmich worked as a lawyer in Germany and California, USA. He primarily represented groups of small depositors and consumers against large banks and trusts. His successes made him hated by the powerful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
When the COVID hysteria began, he questioned the contradictory statements of politicians and \u201cexperts\u201d and founded, as early as the spring of 2020, the \u201cCorona Committee,\u201d which conducted interviews with hundreds of renowned scientists, doctors, lawyers, and survivors of Nazi medical experiments (https:\/\/corona-ausschuss.de\/<\/a> ) At the same time, he joined the then-new \u201cBasis\u201d party, where he was soon elected chairman and a candidate in the parliamentary elections. The leading figures interviewed by F\u00fclmich in Germany, the U.S., and Greece (e.g., Prof. Kasimatis, session 70) confirmed the fraud and the threat behind the biological experiment. This was undesirable, as was his rise within the Basis, which had been founded as a controlled opposition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n A flood of donations poured in (at least \u20ac3.5 million), and \u201ceager volunteers\u201d offered their co-operation to the Corona Commission. Due to his regular overseas trips, Reiner F\u00fclmich gave his \u201cgood colleague\u201d Marcel Templin power of attorney over the funds he was to receive from the ongoing sale of his home. This is where the \u201cwilling ones\u201d stepped in: In September 2022, they removed him from the project, so that Dr. F\u00fclmich was forced to make a fresh start (https:\/\/icic.law\/dr-reiner-fuellmich\/<\/a>). In his absence, Templin sold Reiner\u2019s house and kept the proceeds, while the others (Justus Hofmann, Antonia Fischer, and later Viviane Fischer) accused him of embezzling the donations. Reiner was in Mexico at the time, and German intelligence agencies sought his arrest and extradition there, which was impossible without evidence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n On October 11, 2023, Reiner was abducted by agents and taken to Germany, where he was immediately remanded in custody. His trial, which began in the spring of 2024, revealed that there was no evidence against him. Only by taking months-long breaks was it possible to keep him in solitary confinement as a \u201cdangerous criminal.\u201d In the end, the complete disgrace of the German justice system awaited him: Dr. F\u00fclmich proved his innocence from behind bars! At the hearing on August 14, 2024, he asked the presiding judge of the Gaitingen District Court, Carsten Schindler, after all charges had been refuted, why he was still being held as a defendant.Clearly unprepared, the judge replied that the reasons would be found in the court ruling. Dr. F\u00fclmich was sentenced in the first instance on April 24, 2025, to 3 years and 9 months in prison, (to quote)\u201d because the \u2018innocent\u2019 management of donations, was \u201cbasically\u201d not understood as perfectly as it was practiced\u201d (\u201cfictitious contracts\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n One more detail connects Dr. F\u00fclmich with others who share his fate in Germany and Europe: In recent years, he had taken a keen interest in abused children\u2014e.g., in collaboration with C\u0101lin Georgescu (session 79) and psychologist Dr. Andrea Christidi.
